DEFECT
If you have received a defective part, the exchange/return can be made as long as the store is formally notified by email within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the part.
If your piece arrived broken or with a manufacturing defect, simply contact us by email at [email protected] and send photos and videos of the product with apparent defects.
The only factors that qualify as a defect are: broken floats, dented parts, open or broken fasteners, or some part of the part that is broken. For other cases, send a photo and video by email so we can assess the situation.
If after the analysis carried out we actually conclude that there was any apparent damage to your piece, we will exchange/refund it.
Remembering that we do not exchange/refund used parts.
Kosmos works with a limited amount of stock, so it may happen that the piece is out of stock and it is not possible to exchange it for the same model, for example. In this case, you can exchange it for another product or model of equivalent value, or we can refund the value of your purchase.
*Only exchanges/returns of unused items in their original packaging, containing ALL items sent, including gifts, will be accepted.
**For exchange/return of international orders, the buyer will be required to pay shipping.
ERROR IN YOUR ORDER
If we send a product by mistake in your package, please contact us by email so that the situation can be properly resolved.
I DIDN'T LIKE THE PRODUCT
If you don't like it or want to exchange it for another model, you must contact Kosmos by email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the part to request an exchange or return.
Only the exchange/return of parts that have not been used and in their original packaging, containing ALL items sent, including gifts, will be accepted.
IMPORTANT: For made-to-order rings, exchanges/returns are not accepted if you purchased the wrong size. This information appears in the product description.
